SmartfxtraderEA Trading Bot

This Refund Policy governs the purchase and use of the SmartfxtraderEA Trading Bot ("EA"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the EA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

SmartfxtraderEA offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, commencing from the date of purchase. A full refund may be granted solely within this 30-day period, provided that the refund request satisfies the conditions stated in Section 2 of this policy.

2. Refund Approval Conditions

A refund request will be considered valid only if all of the following apply:

  1. The refund request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.
  2. The EA demonstrates a verifiable technical malfunction or defect that:
    • Prevents the EA from operating as described in official SmartfxtraderEA documentation or marketing materials; and
    • Is confirmed by the SmartfxtraderEA technical support team to originate exclusively from the EA software itself.
  3. The EA was installed, configured, and operated strictly in accordance with the official installation and usage instructions provided at the time of purchase.

SmartfxtraderEA reserves the right to request logs, screenshots, or other technical evidence to assess the validity of any refund claim.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  1. Errors, losses, or malfunctions resulting from:
    • Incorrect installation or configuration;
    • Failure to follow provided instructions;
    • User negligence or misuse.
  2. Issues caused by external or third-party services, including but not limited to:
    • VPS providers;
    • Brokers;
    • Internet connectivity;
    • Trading platform instability;
    • Market volatility.
  3. Refund requests submitted after the expiration of the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
  4. Refund requests based on non-technical or subjective reasons, including but not limited to:
    • Dissatisfaction with trading results or profitability;
    • Change of personal preference or strategy;
    • Lack of trading knowledge or experience;
    • Any reason not directly attributable to a verified EA software defect.

4. No Profit Guarantee

SmartfxtraderEA does not guarantee profits or specific trading outcomes. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk, and users acknowledge that losses may occur. Refunds shall not be granted due to unfavorable market conditions or trading performance.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and are outside SmartfxtraderEA's direct control.

6. Policy Enforcement and Amendments

SmartfxtraderEA reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion, subject to this policy;
  • Modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
